Regional Focus and Investment Scope 

Encina Oak primarily focuses on Spain while working with international partners in other Southern European countries. We are sector-agnostic and invest across the capital structure, with ticket sizes ranging from €2m to €50m.

Investment Exclusions  

We do not invest in:  

– Startups, scale ups and other early stage companies or companies without a proven business model.  

– Certain industries, like events, entertainment, fossil fuels, pharmaceuticals and retail fashion.  

– Unethical or controversial sectors.
